Areas of Specialization
Lisa joined Paramount in 2008 as a property manager responsible for managing commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities. She is responsible for the full scope of operation of over 500,000 square feet of commercial property including contract negotiations, collections, budgeting, long-term forecasting, monthly operating reports and construction supervision. Lisa’s proactive efforts to implement and improve tenant customer service make her a top notch property management professional.

Lisa’s clients appreciate her ability to organize and prioritize the details in various legal, architectural, and insurance transactions. Her understanding of critical operational issues including complex lease language, preventative maintenance, building design and the buiding construction process, allow Lisa to maximize property value for both the tenants and building owners. Her creative problem solving and negotiation skills round out Lisa’s base of talents.

Professional Experience
Lisa started her career in commercial real estate with General Growth Properties where she was introduced to property management and leasing, property accounting, tenant relations, and general contracting. Her experience in property management progressed while working in Denver on retail and office properties for Shea Properties and Gart Properties. Lisa also spent a number of years on the corporate real estate side managing leased locations for national retailers such as Regis Corporation and Caribou Coffee. Moving to Paramount Real Estate Corporation in 2008, Lisa’s responsibilities expanded to include full detail accounting, construction management, budgeting and financial analysis of industrial and office properties.

Education and Affiliations
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from Concordia University and as Associate in Arts from Minneapolis Community College. She is working to complete her Real Property Administrator designation offered by the Building Owners and Management Institute in conjunction with the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
