Executive Team

Paramount was founded in 1996 by Fred Hedberg, CCIM, SIOR, and Phil Simonet, two well-respected professionals in the commercial real estate industry in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.  With over 40 years of combined experience, they created an organization consisting of 12 professionals who are keenly focused on serving their client's needs and dedicated to developing long-term relationships.

Paramount's real estate professionals provide tenant and buyer representation, landlord and seller representation, property managment and project management, consulting and real estate development services.  Whatever the project or service, clients can be assured their best interests are always the primary concern.
