Zach focuses predominately in the east and southeast suburban markets of the Twin Cities, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties. He represents tenants, landlords, sellers and buyers of commercial real estate.
Professional Experience
Zach has successfully completed numerous transactions throughout his commercial real estate career. These transactions have included locating space and negotiating leases for tenants, listing and marketing property on behalf of landlords, as well as representing sellers and buyers of commercial real estate. His success can be attributed to his thorough market knowledge and ability to provide his clients with valuable insight and thoughtful advice during the sale or lease negotiation process.
Education and Affiliations
Zach earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, with a major in Economics. He has successfully completed coursework required to attain the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. This designation recognizes experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Zach is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Commercial Realtors (MNCAR), the Minnesota Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Zach enjoys spending time on Minnesota’s lakes, golfing, mountain biking and traveling.
