Representing building owners and tenants, Nancy specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties located in the Northwest and Southwest Twin Cities market.  Her detailed market knowledge along with extensive experience in construction and real estate effectively work together to satisfy her client’s real estate needs.

Professional Experience
With numerous years of experience in real estate, Nancy contributes her success to her knowledge of the market, endless energy and a desire to do the right thing.  With an intimate understanding of her market she can satisfy her clients by successfully negotiating leases for the right property. 

Prior to Paramount Nancy was employed by Best Buy as a Real Estate Manager focusing her efforts on identifying and negotiating new stores as they expand into new markets.  As the real estate professional, she led a cross functional team to ensure that the design, layout and sales projections maximized corporate objectives. 

Prior to her leadership role at Best Buy, Nancy created and developed a commercial construction company that exclusively represented national specialty product manufacturers in the education and fitness markets.  Building on strong business relationships and expertise in her field, Nancy competed successfully with long established leaders in that industry. 

Education and Affiliations
Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Architecture from the University of Minnesota.  She is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), Minnesota Association of Realtors (MNAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Personal Interests
A lifetime resident of the Twin Cities, Nancy and her family enjoy the arts, local sports and recreational activities, spending time at their family cabin and baseball. In her spare time she challenges herself with  mountain bike and ski trails.  Enjoys traveling and improving her golf score.
