Luke focuses principally in the Twin Cities west metro area. He specializes in representing corporate clients and landlords in leasing, sales and development of office and industrial properties and land.
Professional Experience
After graduating from St. Olaf College, Luke spent four years at CSM Corporation in Minneapolis as a Real Estate Development Manager. During his time at CSM, Luke acquired and developed office, industrial and multifamily properties totaling over $60 million. He has analyzed new markets for development and project feasibility, attained land entitlements, coordinated the due diligence process, developed financial proformas, and negotiated terms of purchase agreements and lease agreements. Luke joined Paramount Real Estate Corporation in 2009 to apply his skills and knowledge to benefit corporate clients and real estate investors in the Twin Cities area.
Education and Affiliations
Luke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a focus in Finance. In 2007 Luke earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. This designation, which is estimated to be held by only 6% of commercial real estate professionals nationwide, recognizes experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. In addition, Luke has been a featured speaker with the Emerging Brokers organization on the topic of real estate development. He is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Personal Interests
Luke spends his free time with his family and friends. He enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, canoeing, hunting and skiing. He is also an active marathon participant and Ironman triathlete.
