Responsibilities-Marketing/Administrative:

  • Property searches on proprietary databases
  • Updating Paramount property listings on proprietary databases
  • Responding or forwarding inquiries related to property listings
  • Preparing monthly Availabilities Report of property listings
  • Monthly Prospect Reports for property listings
  • ​Prepared and verify details and send listing broadcast emails
  • Updating all listed property marketing packages, uploading to all online sites
  • Verifying quarterly inventory reports to online databases
  • Tracking inquiries on listed properties
  • Tour packages
  • Marketing proposals
  • Maps for canvassing, brochures and marketing proposals
  • Mailers-Layout, List, Printing, Cutting
  • Special Projects as Needed


Responsibilities-Property Management:

  • Prepare monthly reports for managed properties
  • Track recently sold buildings
  • Special Projects as Needed


Skills and Qualifications for the Position:

  • College degree
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Applications including but not limited to InDesign and Photoshop
  • Comfortable adapting in a fast-changing environment
  • Customer service experience required
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientated

Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agent

Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-Time

Paramount Real Estate Corporation seeks a highly independent, self-motivated Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent to work in the East Metro including St. Paul, Eagan, Mendota Heights, Maplewood, Woodbury, South St. Paul, Cottage Grove, and other high value target areas. The Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent will join a team of two experienced real estate brokers with a combined 50 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development.


Position Summary:

  • Negotiate industrial lease and sale transactions
  • Prospect for new business in target cities
  • Update and maintain existing databases of building owners and users
  • Assist with marketing properties both “For Sale” and “For Lease”
  • Conduct site searches, proposal preparation and comparative financial analysis
  • Prepare proposals, leases, sales contracts, and related documents
  • Build relationships with area brokers
  • Become involved in chambers of commerce, professional organizations, and real estate trade organizations

 

Necessary skills and qualifications for the position:

  • College degree
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Excel & Word, Contact Management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to work 50 +/- hours per week
  • Prior sales experience preferred

Base salary is negotiable with tremendous upside potential.
